Through India’s first high containment BSL 3+ facility inaugurated by Honorable President of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam & built by Klenzaids in 2005, Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India accepted an even bolder International challenge of setting up world class infrastructure... and placed the task yet again on Klenzaids to design & build India’s premier Maximum Containment BSL 4 facility.This required Klenzaids to harness all its abilities and skill sets and put its very best faculties into fields such as design, concrete construction, innovation, customized fabrication, building automation and containment. Optimizing indigenious resources, blending culture, science, conducting top line risk assessment studies and ensuring the smallest environmental footprint, this Lab now stands built as a testimony of India’s perseverance and world leader status in this field under the leadership of Dr. V. M.Katoch Secretary of Health Govt of India and Dr. A. C. Mishra Director National Institute of Virology Pune, India.
