About

Contamination and its control has been a critical subject of concern for every industry. Unfortunately not everything in your product may be listed in the ingredients. Klenzaids has been working for half a century alongside drug majors, super speciality hospitals, biosafety labs, vaccine manufacturers, aerospace and electronics facilities to make products and practices contamination free. Going from spray & pray to enclose & dose these centres of excellence have reached a different scale of operations today. Containment of product and its separation from human and the immediate environment has come a long way since the advent of nuclear separation using robotic manipulators. International regulators expect common global manufacturing norms. Care and care-giving know no boundaries. Yet contamination can cross every boundary. Klenzaids strong armed by its affiliation to Syntegon Technologies GmbH continues to globally go after it, contain it and control it

Klenzaids first scientifically and globally accepted product was a glass vial sterilizing & depyrogenating tunnel. The scientific community often talked about the term light at the end of the tunnel when speaking about this technology. Light as in vials ready to be aseptically filled.Today our role has taken us from that casual coinage to one of significant environmental consequences. While we take aim at reducing our heat signature, we go many steps ahead in ensuring the quality of your injections.

From nominally documented guidance we have now evolved into an extensively documented regimen. The timing with concurrent climate change initiatives is questionable, the mandate is not. Process and packaging unquestionably today need even more quality assurance. Lets try to collectively document paperless. This effort will boost reliability and also reduce climate and recycling footprint.

Current Openings

  • B.E. in Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical
  • 5-7 years in work experience in the development of PLC and HMI/SCADA projects
  • Expertise in development knowledge in Siemens TIA Portal using SCL programming
  • Knowledge in S88 Programming Standard
  • Thorough know-how on Copa data Zenon software
  • Good experience in block programming on Siemens platform with version control
  • Domain of Packaging Machines or Special Purpose Machines in Pharmaceutical industry
  • Diploma (6-8 yrs)/B.E. (3-5 yrs) in Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electrical.
  • Experience in design and Control Systems.
  • Sound knowledge of PLC and HMI programming with Allen Bradley, Rexroth, Elau/Schneider controllers.
  • Thorough know-how on programming languages, example RSLogix, coDesys, Rexroth.
  • Prior experience in block programming using Allen Bradley controllers is a must.
  • Knowledge of motion control is a must.
  • Knowledge of HMI, SCADA and data acquisition systems will be an added advantage.
  • Good know-how of panel wiring and electrical systems.
  • B.E. Mechanical.
  • 8 to 10 years experience in Domestic sales.
  • Excellent communication skills required.

  • 3 to 5 years experience in installation & commissioning of pharmaceutical machines.
