The Process

Gentle and targeted washing of parenteral containers is imperative to ensure that open container surfaces are truly clean. It is equally imperative that pharmaceutical water as a resource must be used wisely. Klenzaids AquaKlenz series of washing machines are doing just that assures to highly effective and reliable results. When paired with a Klenzaids Pyroklenz^® sterilising tunnel this upstream combined segment of washer + tunnel gives optimum and uninterrupted flow of clean and sterilized containers for downstream Aseptic parenteral filling and closing.
